VendorSathi is a localized retail wallet aggregator and loyalty rewards network. We are not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), or payment gateway provider regulated directly by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Funds loaded into the wallet are stored in escrow accounts to facilitate retail checkouts and are not subject to interest earnings.
While we verify and perform KYC validations on all registered shops, VendorSathi does not guarantee or warrant the quality, safety, legality, or availability of products sold by local merchants. Any disputes regarding purchased items, warranties, or service quality must be resolved directly with the respective merchant outlet.
We make every effort to maintain 99.9% platform availability. However, we are not liable for transaction failures, delayed ledger updates, or cashback crediting lags caused by internet connectivity failures, third-party hosting outages, or UPI gateway downtimes.
In no event shall VendorSathi, its founders, partners, or developers (including AKASH IT HUB) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our wallet services.
